2. Scope
These Terms govern the use of hairforce.it and the booking of hairdressing and beauty services offered by Hairforce Florence. For personal data processing, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
3. Bookings
Appointments can be made by phone, WhatsApp, in person at the salon, or through the Treatwell online booking platform, available via the "Book" button on the website. A booking is considered confirmed only after explicit confirmation by the salon.
4. Cancellations
We kindly ask you to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. In case of no-show without notice, the salon reserves the right to request a deposit for future bookings.
5. Prices
All prices shown on the website are indicative and may vary depending on hair length and density, which affect working time and the products used. The final price will be communicated during the consultation before the treatment. Prices include VAT.
6. Payments
We accept cash and credit/debit cards. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable, except for the statutory right of withdrawal applicable to distance purchases.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content (text, images, logo, design) is owned by Hairforce and protected by copyright. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Hairforce is not responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for any allergic reactions to cosmetic products not disclosed during consultation. Please inform staff of any allergies or sensitivities before treatment.
9. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any disputes, the competent court is Florence, without prejudice to the consumer's place of residence or domicile where provided by law.
10. Changes
Hairforce reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page.
